Getting kids to eat healthily is a nightmare for a lot of parents. No child is the same and all of them have their own tastes, likes and dislikes – much to my frustration when they refuse to eat what I have slaved over!

These look amazing and inviting, the kids will love the fact they get their own little pot and you can fill it full of their favourite veggies and fruit.
